Susan Choucroun
Susan Choucroun has been a social and political activist all her life, working in the racial and civil rights arena. She has a Masters degree in Gifted Ed. with a Specialization in Montessori and has been teaching for forty years from pre-school age through college. Mrs. Choucroun has taught inter-denominational Sunday School in several churches throughout Kansas City. She is on the Board of The Southern Christian Leadership Conference, on the Board for MORE 2, and she is the Jewish faith member on the GKCIC. She also serves as the Social Justice Chairperson at Congregation Ohev Shalom. Currently, Mrs. Choucroun is working with Habitat for Humanity- on the House that Abraham Built, and is a Jericho Table Leader, and works to find gainful employment for women and minorities within the construction industry.
