From the singing bowls of the Himalayas to the gospel music of the United States, from the haunting music of the East to stories from Mesoamerica, all faiths and cultures manifest their deepest-held beliefs and customs through the arts. Celebrate the universality of human expression with a family-friendly event that includes something for all ages.
Admission is free.
Midsummer’s Light is co-sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Interfaith Council and the Kansas City Public Library System, with cooperative support by Cultural Crossroads.
